General Questions:

TheLister is a B2B2C platform that facilitates in bringing customers and businesses together by fulfilling a customer's requirements through our list of verified businesses & vendors.

You can join/sign-up by clicking here.

For Desktop Users:
If you are new to the platform, you can click directly on the Sign-Up button in the Menu bar to get started. You can either use Google, Facebook or create a new account to register on the platform.

For Mobile Users:
Click on the Menu bar (the 3 horizontal lines on the top) and then choose Sign-Up from the dropdown. You can either use Google, Facebook or create a new account to register on the platform.

After signing-in, click on your profile picture inside the menu option, and you can edit your username there.

After signing-in, click on your default profile picture inside the menu option, and you can then upload your desired profile picture.

An account gets suspended when the content posted on our platform goes against the community standards (hate-speech, nudity, abusive content, etc.) If you haven't and still got suspended, contacting the support will help it get resolved.

A complete refund will be made to your account in 3-4 business working days when the amount has been paid but the service has not been delivered.

For Customers:

In order to post a new requirement, you will first need to click on the "Post a Requirement" option and then sign-up on our platform. Once signed up, you will be able to fill in the details of your requirement.

If you are already signed in, click on the "+" button on the top to post a new requirement. After you have submitted your requirement, it will undergo moderation and get approved shortly.

It usually takes a few minutes to get your requirement approved by the moderation team.

If you are unable to find the right category for your requirement, the best solution will be to choose the "Others" option from the category list. However, you can add tags that would better describe your requirement. Rest assured, businesses on our platform will be notified about your requirement.

Yes, you can do so by clicking on "disable project" on your respective project. This will make your project closed for bidding by businesses and won't be live anymore.

No, we do not share any of your personal details directly with businesses or other 3rd party vendors. Your personal information is held confidential and private.

When you post a requirement, businesses show interest in providing their service at an economical price by placing "Bids" on your post.

When businesses place bids on your requirement, you can check their profile by clicking on "View Profile". Businesses having a positive review and portfolio of past completed requirements are posed to serve your requirements better.

You can also search for other businesses by clicking on 'Browse Businesses' under the menu option (the three horizontal lines if logged-out or your profile picture if logged-in on the top right corner). Due diligence by the customer is requested when choosing the right business to work with.

When you use the Request Callback feature, you agree to let us share your contact information with that particular business. The business would then contact you directly to take the discussion forward. Apart from this, TheLister does not share customer contact details in any other circumstances.

If you find a bidding to be abusive/objectionable/inappropriate, you can report it to us. To do so, click on the "report" link inside that particular bidding and confirm your action. Our team will then check & take necessary actions.

When you have received the complete service from a business for your particular requirement, you can then "Award a Review" to that business. Once awarded, your project will be closed for further bidding.

You will find the option "Award a Review" on the top right corner of every bidding on your requirement post. Upon clicking, you will be asked to rate the business out of five stars and leave a review.

For Businesses:

After you have successfully signed up on the platform, you will be able to add your business profile. Click on the menu button (your default profile picture on top right corner) and you will find the option to "Add My Business". After filling in the mandatory details, you can wish to add further details such as your business logo, social media profiles, etc.

After signing-in, you will find "My Business" under the Menu option. Inside "My Business", you can edit the details by clicking on the arrow placed at the top right corner.

Bids are required by businesses to showcase their interest in a customer's requirement and how they are best suited to meet the requirements. With the help of these bids, you can place your proposal of service to the customer's particular requirement.

Yes, when you signup for the first time and add your business, you receive 50 free bids in your account.

Browse through your preferred categories and when you find a suitable requirement, click on "Place Bid" to fill in important details such as the budget at which you can provide the service, delivery time and a message to the customer.

You can edit the bid after signing into your account and clicking on the edit option, found inside the respective bid.

A bidding is removed when it is found to go against our platform's community standards (hate-speech, nudity, abusive content, etc.). Such biddings if found by TheLister or reported by a customer will be immediately removed without prior notice.

After signing-in, click on "Review Requests" inside the menu option to accept customer reviews. Reviews increase your business ranking and also boost your chances of bagging new projects in the future.

You will need to pay 1% of the project's minimum budget (Rs. 100 being the minimum amount) as set by the customer. This payment is made to TheLister Inc. to get the review reflected on your business profile.

A complete refund will be made to your account in 3-4 business working days when the amount has been paid but the service has not been delivered.

Yes, even if you are a business, you are free to post a requirement on the platform. You can do so by clicking on the "+" button on the top after signing-in. You can also do the same by choosing "Post a Project" found inside the Menu option.

You can report a requirement/project with inappropriate or abusive content, by clicking on the arrow placed at the top right corner of that specific project.

You cannot remove/delete your business profile from TheLister once added. But you can choose to disable the profile, which makes your business details hidden publicly. You will find this option when you click on the arrow at the top right corner of your business profile after signing-in. Disabling will also prohibit you from placing bids on any project.

Bids:

Bids are required by businesses to showcase their interest in a customer's requirement and how they are best suited to meet the requirements. With the help of these bids, you can place your proposal of service to the customer's particular requirement.

Yes, when you signup for the first time and add your business, you receive 50 free bids in your account.

After signing in, click on Menu (your default profile picture on top right corner) to see your current outstanding bids under "Bids".

After signing in, you can check the pricing and purchase new bids over here.
