You can join/sign-up by simply clicking here.

For Desktop Users:
If you are new to the platform, click on Menu at the top right corner & choose the Register option to get started.

For Mobile Users:
Click on Menu (the 3 horizontal lines on the top) and then choose the Register option.

You can either use Google, Facebook or create a new account to register on the platform.

An account gets suspended when the content posted on the platform goes against our community standards (hate-speech, nudity, abusive content, etc.) If you haven't and still got suspended, contacting the support will help it get resolved.

Refunds are provided when our services are not delivered even after the payment is done. In such unlikely scenarios, it takes 3-4 working days to get the amount credited to your bank account.

In order to post a new requirement, click on the 'I Require Service' button and then fill in the details of your requirement.

If you are already signed-in, click on the 'New Project' button on the top to post a new requirement. After you have submitted, your requirement will undergo moderation & get approved shortly.

It usually takes less than a minute to get your requirement approved by the moderation team.

No, we do not share any of your personal details directly with businesses or other 3rd party vendors. Your personal information is held confidential and private.

Yes, you can do so by clicking on 'End project' on your respective project/requriement. Once closed, you will stop receiving further proposals (bids) on your requirement.

Bids are required by businesses to send you proposals on your requirement. With the help of these bids, businesses share their proposal with quote and estimated time of delivery.

When businesses place bids on your requirement, you can check their profile by clicking on their business name/logo. Businesses having a positive review and portfolio of past completed projects are posed to serve you better. Due diligence by the customer is requested when choosing the right business to work with.

When you opt for VIP Access, you are offered premium services such as:

  • Our customer support team takes care of the complete process by connecting you with businesses that guarantee quality service at the best price, while saving your time & effort.

    When you receive a bid on your requirement, you will find the option to directly call the business or use the 'Get Callback' feature to receive a call from them. You can also view their profiles for other connectivity options like email, social media, etc.

    When you use the Get Callback feature, you agree to let us share your contact information with that particular business. The business would then contact you directly to take the discussion forward. Apart from this, TheLister does not share customer contact details in any other circumstances.

    When you have received the complete service from a business for your particular requirement, you can then "Award Review" to that business. Once awarded, your project will be closed for further bidding.

    You will find the "Award Review" option on every bid you receive for your requirement. Upon clicking it, you will be asked to rate & review the business.

    After signing-in, you will find the 'Edit my profile' button inside the menu on the left. Click on it and you will get the option to change your username & to add profile picture.

    For Mobile Users:
    Aftter signing-in, click on the menu icon (the 3 horizontal lines) at the top right corner to find the 'Edit my profile' button. Click on it and you will get the option to change your username & to add profile picture.

    For Businesses

    For Desktop Users:
    After signing-in, you will find the 'Add Business' option inside the menu on the left.

    For Mobile Users:
    After signing-in, click on the menu icon (the 3 horizontal lines) at the top right corner to find the 'Add Business' option.

    You will be then asked to provide a few mandatory details of your business & optional details such as your business logo, social media profiles, etc.

    You can edit your business details by navigating to 'Business Profile' page which is inside the menu (on the left side for desktop or by clicking the 3 horizontal lines at the top right corner for mobile). Inside your 'Business Profile', click on the 3 vertical dots (⋮) present in every section to edit its respective details.

    Bids are used by businesses to send proposals to customers on their requirement. With the help of these bids, businesses share their proposal with quote and estimated time of delivery.

    Yes, when you signup for the first time and add your business, you receive 15 free bids in your account.

    For Desktop Users:
    After signing-in, you will see your current number of bids inside the menu, just below your business logo & name.

    For Mobile Users:
    After signing-in, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner & you will see your current number of bids just below your business logo & name.

    One bid is equivalent to one propsal. Therefore, you can use one bid for one customer project. You can always edit the bid later to change your quote, in times of competition.

    Browse through your preferred categories & when you find a suitable project/requirement, click on 'Send Proposal'. It will then open up a box where you can mention important details like your quote for the service, delivery time & a personalized message to the customer.

    Just by clicking on the 'Edit details' button inside every bid, you can edit your respective bid even after posting.

    A bid is removed when it is found to be inappropriate for the particular requirement. In such cases, the bid is automatically refunded to your account.

    Bids will also be removed if it's found to go against our platform's community standards (hate-speech, nudity, abusive content, etc.). Such bids are immediately removed without prior notice.

    VIP projects are special requests made by our premium customers. These projects are 100% genuine, authentic and background-verified. For a VIP Project, there is no bidding process and instead, you will need to directly apply and purchase the lead to get customer's contact details.

    To apply for VIP Projects, you need to have a solid business profile with all the important parameters in check. Your business profile must have a logo, correct contact details and a portfolio of past completed projects (images). Failing to which your profile will not be eligible for VIP Projects.

    Mentioning your website with proper business description is an added bonus. You can click on the 'Apply Now' on any VIP Project to start the application process and get to know whether your profile is eligible or not.

    Yes, all VIP Projects are paid leads. Once you pay, you will receive the customer's contact information directly from our executive. The cost per lead is variable and depends according to the project.

    The amount you pay for the VIP Project is solely for purchasing the lead. Conversion of the lead into sales is at the business side. Thus, refunds are not initiated in such situations. However, in certain circumstances, you might receive 10 additional bids as a refund, which can be used for bidding on other projects.

    You can find all your pending reviews by navigating to 'Review Requests' page which is inside the menu (on the left side for desktop or by clicking the 3 horizontal lines at the top right corner for mobile). These reviews get reflected in your profile & increase customer-trust, which in turn, helps in bagging new projects. Also, positive reviews let you rank above your competitors while bidding on a project.

    The platform receives 50+ projects from various customers in a month. These projects are then checked, verified and authenticated. Only ones which are appropriately described, genuine & has an immediate requirement are approved, and therefore the number might vary.

    Yes, even if you are a business, you can post a requirement on the platform. You can do so by clicking on the 'New Project' button on the top after signing-in. For requriement related queries, kindly view the customer set of FAQs above.
